Caye Caulker – One of my favorite destinations ever

    July 6, 2019 /

This truly is an amazing island. Caye Caulker is a place I didn’t have the need to do a whole lot, but I’ll tell you a couple of things to do on the island. The Great Blue Hole, one of Belize top attractions.  The Discovery Channel ranked he Great Blue Hole as number one on its list “The 10 Most amazing places on earth”. Snorkel with nurse sharks Only 5 minutes with boat off the island, you can swim with nurse sharks. How cool is that?! Enjoy the day at the Split This is probably Caye Caulkers most famous spot. This is where people hang out and have a drink…

    Experience Caye Caulker

    July 6, 2019 /

I decided to go by fast boat from Chetumal, Mexico to Caye Caulker. The boat stops in San Pedro for about an hour, for Belizean immigration and customs process. Just arriving in San Pedro, made me way excited. I knew I was going to love this part of my trip.  The colorful houses, the crystal-clear water, the chill vibe.  This is me in my happy place. Out and about, exploring the beautiful places on earth. After passing Belizean immigration and customs we boarded the boat again and heading to Caye Caulker. I was smiling the entire trip, I was so excited! Stepping off the boat, onto the dock in Caye…

Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad

    July 6, 2019 /

It was a long day, but it was an amazing day. If you’re in good company and love exploring as mush as possible when traveling, I recommend a day trip to Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad. Of course, this is only possible if you get a driver, the bus will only get you to one of these places in a day. Bay of Pigs No, there isn’t that much to do in Bay of Pigs, but that’s also the beauty of it. It’s an amazing area, so peaceful. It’s far from the rest of the hoards of tourists so you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean island in…

    Havana

    July 6, 2019 /

There are plenty of things to do in Havana, there’s something for everyone in this city. I didn’t do all of these things myself, but I’ll list them all up, so you’ll know which ones to choose for your trip. Also, make sure to spend some time outside of Havana. Havana is getting more and more touristified, so I loved my day trips outside of the capitol. Areas Old Havana – An UNESCO World Heritage Site, worth spending hours exploring, walking around and seeing the beautiful buildings and plazas. Central Park – A nice place to enjoy the action of the city. This is also where we booked our day…

    Viñales

    July 5, 2019 /

The reason why I wanted to go to Viñales was due to my interest of learning more about the production and the specific quality that makes Cuban cigars one of the best in the world. I didn’t have high expectations to the area, I was only going there to learn more about the Cuban cigars. When we first arrived in Viñales, we drove through the center and made a stop on a viewpoint, some miles out of the center. This gave us an amazing view over the valley. It’s such a green and speechless scenary, nothing like I’ve ever seen before. We were lucky enough to enjoy the view with…

    Traveling to Cuba from USA

    July 5, 2019 /

I travelled from Miami, USA to Havana, Cuba in april 2019. I must admit I had no idea how this would turn out. I had read so many places that it would not be possible to enter Cuba from the US due to political tension between the two counties. I was truly exciting if I would make it to Havana, Cuba. Traveling to Cuba If traveling to Cuba from the U.S., you need to be traveling under one of the following categories: Family visits Official business of the U.S. government, foreign governments, and certain intergovernmental organizations Journalistic activity Professional research and professional meetings Educational activities Religious activities Public performances, clinics,…

The best 4 day itinerary in Cuba

    July 4, 2019 /

I had a pretty clear idea of how I wanted my Cuban experience to be like. That meant no prearrangements or prebookings, just travel with an idea of what I wanted to see and do. While researching, I mostly found tips from full-time travelers that recommended several weeks in Cuba, but I didn’t have several weeks to spend in Cuba. I wanted to explore as much as possible in four days, ‘cause I wanted to visit a couple of more places on this trip. After a lot of researching, this is what I ended up doing. Day 1 Havana: It was such a funny feeling landing in Cuba. We had…

This trip had the perfect mix: 1: Visit a city Kuala Lumpur. Amazing city, with amazing food. 2: Visit a historical place Angkor Wat. This is a must see, this should be on everyones bucket list. 3: Beach I mean, who doesn’t want to end the vacation on an island like Koh Lipe. I sure do. So, how do you plan a trip like this? As I’ve mentioned earlier, I do a lot of research. For this trip, I had all my flights and hotels booked before traveling. I was able to find really cheap return ticket to Kuala Lumpur and all my flights in Asia, was with Air Asia.…

One of my best itineraries ever – Cuba, Mexico and Belize

    May 30, 2019 /

When I told people about my trip to Cuba, Mexico and Belize, the respond was “And you’ll only be traveling for 2 weeks?” I always do a lot of research before going to a new place. A lot. When I started my researching process about Cuba, I realized that I wouldn’t find all the info I was looking for. When I started reading, majority of all the blogs out there, was written by full time travelers. How could I use the travel tips from people that has all the time in the world? Luckily, I have some great planning skills so I found the perfect itinerary for these three countries,…
