Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad
It was a long day, but it was an amazing day. If you’re in good company and love exploring as mush as possible when traveling, I recommend a day trip to Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad. Of course, this is only possible if you get a driver, the bus will only get you to one of these places in a day. Bay of Pigs No, there isn’t that much to do in Bay of Pigs, but that’s also the beauty of it. It’s an amazing area, so peaceful. It’s far from the rest of the hoards of tourists so you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean island in…

There are plenty of things to do in Havana, there’s something for everyone in this city. I didn’t do all of these things myself, but I’ll list them all up, so you’ll know which ones to choose for your trip. Also, make sure to spend some time outside of Havana. Havana is getting more and more touristified, so I loved my day trips outside of the capitol. Areas Old Havana – An UNESCO World Heritage Site, worth spending hours exploring, walking around and seeing the beautiful buildings and plazas. Central Park – A nice place to enjoy the action of the city. This is also where we booked our day…

Viñales
The reason why I wanted to go to Viñales was due to my interest of learning more about the production and the specific quality that makes Cuban cigars one of the best in the world. I didn’t have high expectations to the area, I was only going there to learn more about the Cuban cigars. When we first arrived in Viñales, we drove through the center and made a stop on a viewpoint, some miles out of the center. This gave us an amazing view over the valley. It’s such a green and speechless scenary, nothing like I’ve ever seen before. We were lucky enough to enjoy the view with…

The best 4 day itinerary in Cuba
I had a pretty clear idea of how I wanted my Cuban experience to be like. That meant no prearrangements or prebookings, just travel with an idea of what I wanted to see and do. While researching, I mostly found tips from full-time travelers that recommended several weeks in Cuba, but I didn’t have several weeks to spend in Cuba. I wanted to explore as much as possible in four days, ‘cause I wanted to visit a couple of more places on this trip. After a lot of researching, this is what I ended up doing. Day 1 Havana: It was such a funny feeling landing in Cuba. We had…
