My Mission
My name is Anette Svendsen and my goal is to travel the world, one country at a time.
I love traveling but I also love my job. That means that I have to make time for both, but how? How do I balance that? How do I make it possible to see that world, while having a 9-5 job?
That is the background for me starting this website. I have gotten several questions on “How can you travel that much? How do you have the time or money?” I will help you to get as much as possible out of your vacation days, without stressing through the destinations. I want to make it easier for people that want to see the world, to actually do so, without having to quit their jobs. I want to give you all my secret tips and tricks, so you’ll have the best time traveling.
Seeing the world while having a 9-5 job
For a while, my goal was to visit one new country a year but I quickly realised that a country a year was not enough for me.
Due to limited vacation days and limited funds, I travel with a plan. This way, I’ll have the time to see all the things I want to see. This means that I don’t stay in one place for a long time, I don’t get to know the people or the culture all too well. This is me prioritizing.
